On coins of Bulgar XIII - XV of centuries it is possible to meet the following designations of a mint name:

"Bulgar"
"Bulgar al-Makhrusa"  - (preserved by Allah)

The issue of a coins in the city of Bulgar can be divided in two periods:

I. Bulgar (early period) XIII-XIV c.c.
